the device has capability to require basic authentication and IP blocking
before it allows a Remote Help Desk session.
Web Standards All data is transmitted by standard web protocols
using HTTP(S) over ports 80/443.
Network Agnostic The CloudSync solution will work equally well
over Cellular, Wifi, or Batch environments as long as the device has
internet capability to reach the CloudSync server.
